Caribbean Adobo Spice Rub

Caribbean Adobo is a wonderful, warming spice rub with salty, earthy notes. The term adobo is usually associated with marinades. However, Caribbean Adobo differs from other versions such as Mexican and Filipino because it is used as a dry spice rub instead.  

Within the Caribbean, Adobo is used as an all-purpose seasoning. It is often the base flavour for stews, soups, sauces, and beans. Try using on turkey steaks, lamb and pork cutlets and joints of beef.
