Amazing sauce! Just cooked this veggie with mange tout, baby corn, pointed Red pepper and courgette…..heaven. Had this several years ago and will be my go to Thai sauce. Not too hot, I like a Madras Indian and not as hot as most I’ve had. Fantastic flavours, I will be stocking up 👍👍
