I received the package today, and boy, am I impressed! I was really excited to try your rare peppers, and was not disappointed. Imagine tasting such incredible flavours for the first time! I can't wait to experiment. I'm planning a batch of hippocras, and I think these will make great additions. I've tasted them all straight out of the sachets, and I think grains of paradise are my favourite. I imagine they'd go very well in Indian sweetmeats, and can't wait to try them in chanamagaj or burfi, in place of cardamom.Thank you again for your assistance, marvelous service, and absolutely astounding products.
