BBQ Corn With Gochujang Chipotle Mayo

Low Fat, Vegetarian
1 x 400g can of chickpeas
2-3 x garlic cloves, chopped
½ lemon juice
2 x tbs Greek yoghurt
1 tbs olive oil
(Salt & Pepper to season)
3 different toppings!
Ground Cayenne Chilli
5 Seed Mix
(Extra lemon juice or oil if you wish)
Mix all base ingredients in a food processor or mixer
Give a stir and season with salt & pepper
Spoon in to 3 bowls and add each topping…as little or as much as you like
Drizzle with some extra oil and a squeeze of lemon if you wish, enjoy with veggies or pittas!
