Tip in 40g oats and 1 tsp Seasoned Pioneers Organic Cinnamon.
Pour in the milk till the oats are just covered add 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Add a sprinkle of chopped nuts and a tsp runny honey
Add frozen berries in the morning and stir.
*if you like yours a little more runny, then add a little more milk.
This is also very customisable, drizzle peanut butter or almond butter. Add banana, top with our 8 or 5 seeds of a little crunch.
