Paprika. Hot Spanish
Hot paprika is punchy, intense and hot! Not to be confused with pimenton picante, this paprika is not smoked. Like its sister mild sweet paprika, hot paprika is a worldwide spice and used to add flavour and heat to dishes.
Households across Spain and the Mediterranean add hot paprika to tapas dishes and Romesco sauce. Try adding to tomato-based dishes like Bolognese, homemade salsa or Spanish omelette. Alternatively, mix into batter when making fish or chicken to add a fierce kick!
