Dill Seeds, Whole
Dill Seeds have a warm and slightly tart flavour with notes of aniseed. Native to southern Europe and southern and central Asia, the striped seeds are typically used to flavour breads, muffins and biscuits.
Dill seeds are vital in many Russian, German and Scandinavian dishes, specifically pickled and preserved fruits and vegetables. Try adding to a casserole before cooking or scattering over fish dishes.
