Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
When you place an order for goods or services promoted by Seasoned Pioneers Limited, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions as governing your order. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions specified here, you should not order from Seasoned Pioneers Limited.
The sale of Seasoned Pioneers’ products shall not be considered complete until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase is signified when we process your credit card. Seasoned Pioneers reserves the right to decline your order at any time up until the moment we charge your credit card.
Customer Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order by returning the goods and notice to us up to 14 days after the day the goods are received. In the event of such valid cancellation no charge will be made. We shall refund the full cost of the goods together with the cost of postage within 30 days of such valid cancellation.
All prices shown are in UK Pounds Sterling. We do also provide indicative prices both in US Dollars and in Euro’s. Please note these are based on prevailing exchange rates so whilst reasonably accurate are indicative only – the actual amount charged by your card provider will depend on the rates used by them at the time of their debiting of your card account.
Delivery & Shipping
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order to your door within 4 working days of receipt of order for UK deliveries and within 9 working days of receipt for delivery to all other countries. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this time-scale or on any particular day or dates. Should we not be able to deliver within the above delivery dates, we will inform you and offer you the option of a refund (see our full Delivery & Shipping Details).
Please note that, although we do make every effort, it is simply not possible for us to keep up-to-date with the current regulations of every country regarding the import of agricultural produce. As it is the buyer’s responsibility, if you are unsure about your own country’s regulations in this respect, then we strongly urge you to contact your local Department of Agriculture / Customs to fully clarify any restrictions on the import of any of our products which you wish to purchase.

If you are not entirely satisfied with our products, simply contact us. We will arrange for a full replacement to be sent to you free of charge or credit you with a full refund of the purchase price.

On receiving any complaint, Seasoned Pioneers Limited shall respond promptly and effectively and shall take action appropriate to the seriousness and frequency of the problem. We shall acknowledge any complaint within five working days and endeavour to resolve the matter with you within fifteen working days.
If we are unable to resolve the matter within this time, we will notify you accordingly and keep you informed of further progress.
The contracts for the sale of goods or services by Seasoned Pioneers Limited from this website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
