FAQ – Buying – Checkout

You can make amendments to your order before you proceed to checkout.

To add items just continue browsing the website and click the ‘add to basket’ button next to the item that you want and it will be added to your basket.

– To delete items click ‘basket’ at the top right-hand side of the screen and press ‘remove’ underneath the items you wish you delete. Alternatively, click ‘basket’ at the top right-hand side of the screen and at the bottom of the product list click ‘view basket’. You can then press the red cross on the right hand side of each product line to delete.

– You can change the number of each item that you want by typing the new number in the Quantity box and clicking on ‘update basket’.

How do I checkout?

You can either click ‘basket’ at the top right-hand side of the page and select ‘checkout’ or click ‘basket’ at the top right-hand side of the page and then click ‘view basket.’ This will give you the option to change quantities and review your order. Beneath the cart totals you can select ‘proceed to checkout’. This will take you to the next stage where you complete your billing, shipping and payment details.

How can I pay?

You may pay securely using your debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Switch/Maestro, American Express and Paypal.

Can I change delivery details after I have submitted?

If you contact us we will endeavour to make the necessary changes… assuming that we haven’t already sent your order!
