- Asparagus (500g)
- Butter (1.5 tablespoons)
- Cajun Spice Blend (1 to 1.5 teaspoons)
- Garlic Salt Roasted (1 teaspoon)
For a simple, tasty and different way to serve asparagus, try our Cajun spiced asparagus;
Melt a tablespoon of butter in a lidded saute pan, stir in half a heaped teaspoon (or a full teaspoon, if you like it spicy) of Cajun spice blend and half a teaspoon of roasted garlic salt. Add a 250g bunch of asparagus, stir gently to coat. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp & tender.
