Creamy Chicken Pasta With Tomato Bruschetta

For the sauce:
1 onion, finely diced
1 cup tomato ketchup (236ml)
1/4 tsp baking powder
5 tsp mild curry powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp beef broth
For the rest of the ingredients:
2 potatoes thinly sliced into fries
Lightly fry the onions until translucent. Then remove and set aside.
Add the ketchup to a small saucepan and heat on medium-low.
When ketchup is warm, add baking powder and stir until foaming subsides.
Add the remaining ingredients for the sauce and stir well on medium heat until evenly mixed.
Fry your bratwurst on a medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until cooked.
Meanwhile, shallow fry your fries until golden brown.
Serve your bratwurst sliced over fries and then pour on the currywurst sauce.
