    I used this wonderful blend in an Ottolenghi Persian vegetable stew recipe, I have made it 3 times now. I had sourced most of the ingredients from Persian suppliers. These herbs added depth and flavour to a very taste dish. Ghormeh means stew and sabzi greens. Apparently this is the national dish of Iran…… green stew due to all the herbs. I would wholly recommended it to adventurous taste buds.
