Ingredients
- Black Peppercorns (to taste)
- Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp)
- Creole Spice Blend (3 tsp)
- Garlic Clove (2 crushed)
- Olive Oil (175 ml / 6 fl oz)
- Red Wine Vinegar (60 ml / 2 fl oz)
- Sea Salt (a pinch)
- Tabasco (dash to taste)
- Wholegrain Mustard (3 tsp)
Method
1) Mix all ingredients except the oil together in a bowl.
2) Gradually whisk in the oil (will keep for up to ten days in an airtight container in the fridge.)
