Firm tofu or paneer cheese cut into 2cm cubes - sufficient for three servings.

One pack of Indian Jeera & Tamarind Daal Sauce.

Method

Place 2cm cubes of firm tofu or paneer cheese in a pan – sufficient for 3 servings.

Pour over the Jeera & Tamarind Daal sauce and heat gently until piping hot.

Serve with Pilau rice and naan bread and for extra deliciousness try sprinkling with crispy fried onions!

(Alternatively you can stir fry 3 to 4 diced chicken breasts then pour over the sauce and heat until piping hot).
