Bouquet Garni is a herbal mix of aromatic flavours that arrives in muslin bags. We hand pack the muslin bags with marjoram, thyme, parsley and rosemary. The herbal blend is commonly used for French gastronomy to infuse slow cooked dishes before removing.
Add Bouquet Garni to traditional French dishes such as boeuf bourguignon (beef bourguignon), pot-au-feu, bouillabaisse (fish soup) and cassoulet (meat and bean stew). Try adding to soup bases for minestrone, country vegetable or cock-a-leekie.
