Organic Herbes de Provence is a herbal mix of floral, sweet Provençal herbs originating from the South of France. The mix includes thyme, fennel, savory, marjoram, rosemary and lavender. The blend is used abundantly in local Mediterranean cuisine and is featured in Nigella Lawsons 2004 Feast Cookbook as ‘Lavender Herb Mix’.

This organic French herb blend is a great way to get the sunny flavours of France in your kitchen! Our organic Herbes de Provence is great for vegetable dishes like ratatouille that use aubergine and courgette. Try using with grilled meats like pork, beef and chicken. The mix works perfectly in Game stews that use rabbit, partridge and pigeon. You could even try our non-traditional Spanish Omelette recipe!

On a par with what you will find in markets in hidden away places in Provence!

This excellent combination of herbs - including the all important lavender - is our favourite when making olive bread sticks. Highly recommended.

This is by far one of the best spices that I purchased. They work so well with sweet potatoes.
