Ingredients

  • Your choice of Chillies, Crushed (1-2 tsp)
  • Fresh Coriander (2 tbsp finely chopped)
  • Golden Granulated Sugar ('a pinch')
  • Lemon Juice (2 tsp)
  • Red Onion (1 small chopped)
  • Ripe Tomatoes (400g / 14oz skinned & roughly chopped)

Method

1) Mix all ingredients (including your selected chillies from those listed below) together.

– for ‘Mild Tangy’ Salsa: Use Mulato Chillies, Crushed

– for ‘Sultry Liquorice’ Salsa: Use Pasilla Chillies, Crushed

– for ‘Fiery Nutty’ Salsa: Use Chipotle Chillies

– for ‘Explosive Biting’ Salsa: Use De Arbol Chillies, Crushed

– for ‘Volcanic Fruity’ Salsa: Use Habanero Chillies
