Ingredients

  • Cherry Tomatoes (16 halved)
  • Fresh Spinach Leaves (225g / 8oz)
  • Red Pepper (1 de-seeded & sliced)
  • Spring Onions (4 finely chopped)
  • Cajun Pecan Mix (175g / 6oz)
  • Creole Vinaigrette (4tbsp)

Method

1) Mix all the ingredients together with the Cajun Pecan Mix and Creole Vinaigrette.
