Halloumi Vegetarian dish using Zahtar (Submitted by Mandy Sylvester)

Ingredients

  • Halloumi cheese, 8 slices
  • Mi Cuit (semi-dried) or roasted cherry tomatoes
  • Black olives
  • Toasted Pine Nuts
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Zahtar

Method

Grill the halloumi cheese till golden brown then just pile the slices of halloumi on the plate, sprinkle with chopped mi-cuit (semi-dried) tomatoes (or roasted cherry tomatoes) and olives, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and Zahtar spice mix.
