Banana, Date and Cardamom Ice Cream

3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
3 tsp Tabil Spice Blend
100g peeled prawns
4 tbsp plain flour
A dash of cooking oil
In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the marinade.
Add the prawns and make sure they’re well coated. Cover and leave to marinate overnight.
When you’re ready to cook, add the prawns to a dish of flour, lightly coating them.
Heat a dash of oil over a medium flame and add the prawns to the pan. Cook for around 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
