Cooking Guidelines

Thai Panang Gourmet Cooking Sauce Serves 3 to 4. Kitchen to table in 15 minutes
1) Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir-fry 500g of prawns (try raw shelled tiger prawns) until just pink
2) Stir in the Panang Sauce and bring to a simmer
3) Serve hot with rice or noodles
Thai Panang Gourmet Cooking Sauce is also good with fish, chicken, lamb or beef
