Product Overview

Birds Eye chillies are cultivated in South East Asian countries such as Thailand. The chillies are 1 ½ inches long and ¼ inch wide. However, do not be fooled by their small size as these chillies have a sharp, peppery flavour with explosive heat!

The chillies are used in South East Asian dishes for decoration and to add heat. They are essential to make a traditional Red Thai Curry paste and sauces such as our Thai Panang Gourmet Cooking Sauce. Other Asian countries such as Malaysia and Indonesia use Birds Eye chillies in stir fries, soups and relishes.
