Organic Paprika

Organic Paprika is mild and sweet with tangy notes. Traditionally, the pepper is dried in the sun before being milled into a fine powder. Unlike its cousin pimenton dulce, Organic Paprika does not have a smoky taste.

Paprika is a worldwide spice, used in Mexican spice blends such as fajita and the Middle Eastern baharat. Our Organic Paprika is great with meat, fish and shellfish. Use to make marinades or sprinkle over boiled eggs. Alternatively stir through fish or chicken batter, use in potato and pasta salads or even a risotto!
