Pimenton Dulce is a sweet, smoked paprika with tangy notes. The powder is traditionally made by grinding the peppers once they have been oak smoked for several weeks. Essential within Spanish cooking, Pimenton Dulce.
Pimenton Dulce gives paella and chickpea stew their distinctively moreish taste. Add the powder to grilled vegetables, delicate white fish or try adding to a bolognese and chilli con carne for a sweet, smoky flavour!

Love this stuff. We use for paella, mix it with garlic salt for perfect sweet potato fries, sprinkle it over squashes before we bake them, great on chicken. Warm rich flavour, with a little bit of warmth.
