Vegetarian, Low Fat
4 tbsp black chia seeds
220ml milk (or dairy-free alternative)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp honey
Your favourite fruit for toppings
In a bowl, add the chia seeds, milk, cinnamon and honey. Gently mix and make sure the cinnamon is stirred in well.
Set aside for 5 minutes.
Give the mixture another stir, making sure to break up any clumps that have formed.
Place the bowl in the fridge for at least 4 hours (for even better results, leave overnight). You can check on the pudding from time to time, giving it a stir. If it’s too runny, add a spoonful of chia seeds.
When you’re ready to serve, top the pudding with your favourite fruit.
