Crack open the eggs into a dish and beat well.
Add the cinnamon and salt and continue to beat until well mixed.
Add a slice of bread into the dish, flipping to make sure both sides soak up the egg mixture.
In a pan, melt a small amount of butter or margarine over a medium heat.
Gently place the slice of bread in the pan and cook for around 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
When the toast is ready to serve, top with your favourite fruit, drizzle a little honey on top and finish with a sprinkle of Dukkah Spice Mix.
