Ingredients

Selection of fresh fruits and berries eg. strawberries, apple, melon, pear, blueberries, banana, raspberries, grapes, apricots etc.,  all sliced into bite sized pieces.

Low fat Greek yogurt or Crème fraîche (a 170g pot is ideal for one serving)

A handful of Knead the Seed 5 Seed Mix

Honey (optional)

 

Method

Perfect for breakfast or an anytime snack, this is a satisfying, healthy and refreshing concoction of low fat yogurt, fresh fruit and 5 Seed Mix that will leave you feeling great!

Mix up your selection of sliced fruits and berries in a bowl.

Add a large dollop of low fat Greek yogurt or Crème fraîche.

Top with a handful of Knead the Seed 5 seed mix to add great crunch and texture.

Drizzle with a little honey if required.
