Selection of fresh fruits and berries (strawberries, apple, melon, pear, blueberries, banana, raspberries, grapes, apricots etc.,  all sliced into bite-sized pieces).

170g Low-fat Greek yogurt or Crème fraîche

A handful of Knead the Seed 5 Seed Mix

Honey (optional)

Method

Perfect for breakfast or an anytime snack, this is a satisfying, healthy and refreshing concoction of low-fat yogurt, fresh fruit and 5 Seed Mix that will leave you feeling great!

Step 1

Mix up your selection of sliced fruits and berries in a bowl.

Step 2

Add a large dollop of low-fat Greek yoghurt or Crème fraîche.

Step 3

Top with a handful of Knead the Seed 5 seed mix to add great crunch and texture.

Drizzle with a little honey if required.
