Knead the Seed – 5 Seed Mix
Knead the Seed 5 seed mix was developed with bakers in mind. The delicious blend of 5 wholesome seeds; golden and brown linseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds are a great addition to artisan loaves. It is a wonderful way to create crunch and flavour!
Adding this five seed mix to baked goods enables you to be adventurous with your baking. Furthermore, it is beneficial for your diet and health as most seeds are packed with dietary fibre, protein, minerals, healthy fats and antioxidants. Each pack of seeds contains approximately 30 tablespoons – we recommend adding 2 – 3 tablespoons per large loaf.
