One pouch of Seasoned Pioneers Hot Toddy Spice Mix
300ml (12 measures) whisky
Sugar to taste
Lemon slices to garnish (optional)
Mix the pouch contents with 350ml water and bring to the boil.
Remove from the heat and add the whisky.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes to allow the flavours to develop and infuse.
Strain and serve hot in mugs or heatproof glasses. Add sugar to taste and garnish with a lemon slice (optional).
