1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
700g of sliced sirloin or rump steak
One pack of Indonesian Rendang Sauce
Indonesian Beef Rendang
Heat the oil and stir-fry the steak for 2 minutes.
Stir in the Rendang sauce and simmer very gently until the sauce has thickened and the beef is cooked and tender, about 20 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
