80g small chocolate chips
50g desiccated coconut
4 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp honey
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

Peanut Butter and Choco Chip Energy Bites for those days you need a little boost!

Step 1:

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the honey and peanut butter until well combined.

Step 2:

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3:

Roll the mixture with your hands into a ball. This should create about 20 energy balls.

Step 4:

Keep the energy balls in the fridge for up to a week.
