1 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
½ tsp salt

Method

Wonderful Tzatziki to pair with your pitta breads, chicken and gyros!

Step 1:

In a bowl, combine the white vinegar, olive oil, salt, Lemon Pepper and minced garlic. Mix well.

Step 2:

Stir in the cucumber and make sure everything is well combined.

Step 3:

Add the yoghurt and mix well before serving.
