- Lemon Juice (2tbsp)
- Olive Oil (6tbsp)
- Onion (1, finely chopped)
- Paprika (2tsp)
- Sea Salt (½tsp)
- White Peppercorns (1tsp ground)
- Bay Leaves (1 finely crumbled)
1) Mix all the ingredients together.
TIP: Great with swordfish or other firm white fish such as halibut. Marinade pieces of fish for at least 2 hours to fully infuse all the flavours. Then simply grill/barbecue on a skewer for about 10 minutes.
