Peri-Peri Tempe Burgers

A couple of large handfuls of mixed salad leaves (we love using watercress and rocket)
1 ripe avocado (peeled and sliced)
A handful of baby plum tomatoes (halved)
Small cubes of feta cheese (we love using feta in oil with chopped red peppers)
2 tablespoons Knead the Seed 5 Seed Mix
A little olive oil
A little Balsamic vinegar
Put the salad leaves in a bowl.
Top with the sliced avocado, halved tomatoes, feta cheese cubes and 5 seed mix.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and Balsamic vinegar.
