A drizzle of honey or syrup (optional)
1 tablespoon of Knead the Seed 5 Seed Mix or Knead the Seed 8 Seed Mix

Method

This is a healthy and crunchy warming breakfast that has a wonderful omega 3 boost!

Step 1

Put the oats and liquid into a saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

Step 2

Add porridge to a bowl with a drizzle of honey and top with the seed mix.
