Vietnamese Kho Gourmet Cooking Sauce Serves 3 to 4. Kitchen to Table in 15 to 20 minutes
1) Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir fry 3-4 portions of cubed beef for 3-5 minutes (to taste)
2) Stir in the Vietnamese Sauce and bring to a simmer
3) Serve hot with rice, noodles or crusty bread
Vietnamese Kho Gourmet Cooking Sauce is also good with chicken, vegetables or tofu.
