Spice Parisienne is a complex, herbal spice mix from the Mediterranean. It has strong, earthy notes with warm, tart flavours.
The spice mix originates from France, where it is also called Parisienne Spices, Parisienne epices and epices Parisienne. Spice Parisienne comprises of white pepper, nutmeg, paprika, cloves, thyme, cinnamon, basil, savory and bay leaves.
Massage Spice Parisienne into meat or add a pinch to cheese sauces. It is extremely delicious with pork! Try in dauphinoise potatoes, creamed leeks and cheese fondue. The spice mix works wonders when slow roasted with root vegetables on low heat.
