This is an essential Garam Masala spice mix for those that love to eat and cook Indian food! It’s probably the first spice you will come across when looking to make delicious curries.
Garam Masala Indian is a rounded mix of hot, peppery favours with a sweet edge. Cardamom, cinnamon, black cumin, cloves, nutmeg and black pepper combine to make this an all-purpose seasoning.
This spice mix is used differently throughout Indian regions. For example, people in North India sprinkle Garam Masala over finished dishes to heighten their flavour. Other regions use it in place of salt and pepper to season or mix through yoghurt to make a dip. Alertnative we do offer our Garam Masala as a spice tin.
