Malaysian Curry Powder is sweet, zingy and fiery! It contains cinnamon, cayenne, coriander, clove, galangal, cumin and cardamom.
Malaysian cuisine is influenced by China, India and the Middle East due to historical shipping routes. Therefore, the Malaysian spice blend is a wonderfully balanced fusion of these cultures and this is reflected in its ingredients.
Malay Curry Powder is great with chicken, lamb, beef and fish. Mix with garlic, lemongrass and coconut milk to make an authentic Malay Curry base. Try adding tamarind paste to the mix when cooking with fish for an excellent zing!
