Thai Seasoning has a strong citrus flavour with a chilli punch! Transport yourself to the bustling streets of Thailand with this fusion of classic Asian ingredients: galangal, Thai holy basil and lemongrass to name a few. Utilising these herbs and spices (that are kept fresher for longer with our foil pouch) maximises the flavour and aromas of your dishes.
Try using this spice mix with a little shrimp paste and water to create a magnificent, fragrant curry paste! Thai Seasoning is ideal for your homemade Thai Green Curry or Thai Red Curry, or for delicious, warming soups such as Tom Yum or Tom Kha.
Alternatively, use this Thai spice mix with flash-fried vegetables to create a stir-fry. Use with meat patties, in prawn curries or try one of our recipes for Thai Stir-Fried Noodles with Chicken, or Thai Pork Patties. Why not try Thai seasoning to make condiments and dipping sauces that accompany Thai dishes? For example, Nam Prik, a spicy chilli sauce, is made using this as a base ingredient, combined with fish sauce, lime juice, and other flavourings.
A salad such as Som Tam can also benefit from this Seasoning and you’ll even find it in our authentic Rendang cooking sauce! Also available in a spice tin as well as a foil pouch.
