Lemongrass stalks freeze-dried have a strong, floral flavour with grassy notes and a citrus zing! They are used whole, crushed or sliced to infuse and create authentic Thai curries, pastes, soups and stir-fries. The lemongrass stalks have been freeze-dried to lock in flavour and maximum freshness.
Lemongrass can be paired with fish, beef, noodles and vegetables to greatly enhance dishes.
